Carol is a fantastic realtor. We were new to the housing market in the USA, so we had a lot of questions about the buying process. Carol was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. She patiently attended several viewings with us, until we finally found the home that met our needs. She also provided us with contact information for inspectors, lenders, and painters. We are incredibly grateful for her and would definitely make use of her services again!

She’s a great communicator and is able to answer all your questions in a timely manner. She is dedicated in helping you find the right place and keeps you constantly updated on all developments in the process of finding/purchasing a home. In addition to her professionalism and experience, Carol has great references for home buying such as lenders, insurance companies, and inspectors.My wife and I are very pleased with the home she helped us find and purchase, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience on finding our first home. We recently closed on our new home with Carol as our real estate agent. I dont believe anyone could have given us a better experience. She was always accessible to speak with, flexible on availability to show homes, very organized through the entire process, and used technology to its fullest benefit. On top of this, she clearly did not have an agenda as far as wanting to sell us a more expensive home or steering us in any direction, other than wanting us to find the right fit for our family. She was able to answer all our questions either immediately or found a way to answer them quickly through her contacts. She also does a great job negotiating for her clients- whether its getting the sales price down or other concessions. Additionally, she is in the know of special programs that many realtors are not aware of- for us it was a program that allowed us to purchase a home with 0 down and no PMI (a HUGE savings each month!) because we have been blessed with good credit. She is clearly someone you will want partnering with you through the entire process. We will use her again, if it all possible, when looking for another home.
