No matter how many questions we had or how often we reached out, she was always there, never making us feel like a burden even when we felt like one!Carmelas enthusiasm and laughter was contagious, making house hunting a fun adventure for our whole family. Our kids adored her, and she made every viewing enjoyable. Carmela was such an advocate for us! We found the perfect house, but the broker was slow to respond or come to action with paperwork, which could have been so stressful when needing to find a place on a timeline. Carmela was an incredible mediator and really fought for speed and efficiency and made the process move along with clear communication and support. 10/10 would recommend--she is a joy to work with and very educated in renters rights! Her customer service is unmatched and its clear she really cares about your happiness and comfort in your new space.
