    I came from out of state to handle a relatives trust matters, one of which was the clearing and sale of his house. I spoke to Carly 4 years ago when my uncle changed his mind. This time, Carly met with us within 24 hours and outlined a plan to sell the property. Within 5 weeks we closed the deal. Carly has connections within the community which included finding a moving company for the artwork we wanted to keep, a clean-out and cleaning crew, contractors to fix the things that needed attention and a charity to take his remaining useable furniture. She did all this long distance with me when I had to head home. I have NEVER met anyone as dedicated to her clients, especially from out of state, as Carly. We came in at $10K over asking and escrow and title was a snap. Fantastic gal to work with. Thank you, Carly, for all you did for us!!

    Though we were ready to move nearer our kids and grandkids, selling our home of almost 30 years was pretty emotional. Carly walked us through every step from clearing out closets to suggestions for needed repairs to how to stage for showing. She called often to check in and encourage us along the way.
