4 years ago I relocated to College Station. I called several real estate companies to help me find a rental property. Carley was the only one who responded to my call. Since then, she has negotiated two real estate deals for me. I highly recommend her if you want an agent that is on top of it.

Simple - Call Carley - I went through this process on my own as I am single. Moving across the state isnt easy - she managed concerns I had perfectly. -- Carley remembered the houses we would see AND provide the advantages / disadvantages of each place versus the others. That saved me alot of time. She knows the process in and out and understands what you want. She also isnt afraid to challenge you with other things to consider. Shes great. Carley isnt pushy, gets to the point and delivers. Call her.
