Carletha was amazing! She was there for us every step of the way and was open and communicative about the whole process. We had to overcome quite a few hurdles with our lender and our builder and Carletha went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. She followed up on every detail and made absolutely certain nothing was missed. Im incredibly pleased with the service I received from Ms. Francis for my home purchase. I found the home buying process overwhelming, but she was fantastic every step of the way.From finding potential properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract.
