I really can’t say enough good things about Carie! She helped me find a rental home within my budget and I did not have a huge budget. She saw over 26 homes for me until she finally came across a gem of a home that I currently live in. There were so many offers on this home because it had been totally renovated with a new HVAC system and did I mention a beautiful natural creek in the backyard?! There were several offers on this house, but Carie was able to negotiate for me and for less than the full asking rental price. I was able to get this house that I’ve been living in for the past 10 months. I have loved every minute of living in this home. It is everything I ask Carie for and checked all the boxes- It’s within my budget, and located conveniently within a short commute of work and my child’s school. I’m getting to the point where I’m thinking about buying a home and I know without a shadow of a doubt that Carie will help me find a gem of a home! When I work with Carie, I feel like she thinks of the big picture at all times and what will be the best for me as far as home quality and if it will be a good environment for my son as well.
