I worked with Carie Castellano Gallegos in selling my Preston Hollow condo.I cannot stress to you enough how good she is at her job.I was undergoing a stressful time in my life while the condo was being renovated to put on the market. Me being overwhelmed by absolutely everything, Carie stepped in by helping me choose the correct tile for a partial bathroom redo. ( I had chosen the wrong tile and it had to be scraped and redone)After the condo was complete, Carie took over by bringing in items for a simple staging. I did nothing. The place looked great and photographed even better.Priced right, the condo was put on the market at 4:30 pm and we had a cash offer by 8:00 pm that same evening.We had a skittish buyer. Carie guided me through the selling/buying process with intelligence and humor. She had me laughing when I wanted to go strangle someone.We closed on time. I made the money I wanted to make. Project over, its success is due to Carie….she is smart, knows how to deal with other agents and is a lot of fun. I will use her again to sell other properties I own.
