We found the most thorough, caring, attentive and GREATEST Realtor In Frank Capovilla. And though he doesn’t know it he has brought so much more to our family and is such an amazing part of our family now after all he opened us up to. We wanted to sell our home by us and he called, I wasn’t answering and then Iaccidentally answered him and he was so thoughtful unconditionally that something spoke to me to trust him. He was a gift, an enormous blessing. He took the nightmares of it all away and sold our home while making everything so simple and based around us! It’s nice to find someone good at their job. Without a doubt, Frank is honestly the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. As another former resident of the Bay Area, Frank was able to describe the local towns by comparing then to CA towns - this is like Atherton, this one is more like Los Gatos, etc. He listened to my descriptions of what I was looking for in a rental, spent half a day driving me and my son around looking at a half dozen of them, and then helped me navigate the application process so that I got the place I wanted. Frank priced his fees fairly and actually made calls to get to know us -even though I was in FL and my husband was in TX-he even met my husband after work to see the house and accommodated his crazy new schedule. He has been very quick to address any issues that have come up. His maintenance folks are awesome too! Very knowledgeable, quick to respond, very friendly and polite. None of them smelled of smoke or used foul language- issues I have had with previous maintenance workers in the past. Frank is a businessman- with a heart and soul- not a person who sits behind a computer screen and never visits the property or doesn’t know what property you’re referring to when you call. We plan on having Frank be our realtor when the time comes for us to buy.
