Candice was amazing! We had friends who were selling their house at the same time as us, and we heard horror stories of realtors who where never accessible, who never provided updates, etc. Candice was NOT that type of realtor! She was always available to answer our questions and took it upon herself to update us frequently. She made the whole process of selling our house easy, and she had a way of making us feel as if we were her only client, or at least her most important client. On top of all of that, she sold our house in NINE DAYS! I cannot recommend her enough!

Best realtor ever! We picked Candice as our realtor because she was the only agent we contacted that provided full-service (staging, aerial photos, 3D tour, 24/7 instant call/text info, notary service, moving truck, light cleaning of our vacant home, and more). We couldnt have picked a better agent to sell our home. We highly recommend her and would never use anyone else.

I worked with Candice when my family was looking for a house. She was helpful throughout the process, offered her personal moving truck, helped get us in a home within our timeline, and followed up with us after we moved in to check on us. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Amazing. Beautiful inside and out. I came across Candace video on YouTube back in October 2021. I was in bed sick with Covid just trying to watch something on YouTube. Not sure how her video popped up, to be honest. I was never looking for a home or anything. However I stayed watching her YouTube channel, and was immediately inspired and motivated. I took the contact information from her video, and contacted her immediately. Remember this was the second week of October 2021. Fast forward December 23, 2021, IM CLOSING ON A QUARTER ACRE PROPERTY 4BEDROOM 2.5 BATHROOM 2 STORY HOME THAT SITS ON A GULFCOURSE!!!!! TEARS OF JOY!!!! Candace was definitely God sent. I Highly recommend!!! Candace was on point with EVERYTHING. This realtor does not skip a beat. Thank you so much Candace! My family and I will forever be grateful 🙏🏾.
