My husband and I were so lucky to find a realtor like Candace! From the moment we got in touch with her she was determined to find us the perfect home. You always hear that buying a home is a hassle and although it was, we knew we were in great hands with our realtor and she did everything she could to get us out of our old place and into our new one sooner than expected. To say Candace is patient and kind would be the understatement of the century! My husband and I first started looking for land to build on, then changed our minds and wanted to rent, then decided we wanted to entertain the thought of a fixer upper and finally landed on buying a new build. Candace was with us every step of the way, never making us feel like we were a burden in any way. She advocated for us and always gave her honest opinions and feedback, which was so desperately needed with all the uncertainties running through our brains. As a mom of little ones, I know how hard it is to be accessible all the time but Candace did it with ease. Day or night, weekend or week day, rain or shine-it didn’t matter. She was ALWAYS there for us and continues to check in and reassure us that she’s here to help with whatever we may need. Even though it was a smaller transaction, Candace still treated us as if we were one of her biggest clients. It is evident that she loves what she does by the success she has had and the detail she puts in to every part of the transaction, never leaving you questioning where you are in the process. Candace and I go back to our college days. We stayed in touch through social media and when my husband and I were ready to buy a house she was the first person that came to mind. Candace went above and beyond and was very patient with us as we wanted to look at several homes and were kind of all over the map on what we were wanting. She worked hard to meet all of our needs.
