Calvin is an exceptional realtor! We were interested in a neighborhood that was 1.5 hours from where we lived. We decided to just drive over and look around but saw a couple of houses that we really liked and wanted to see that day. A lady from the community center gave us Calvins number and within 15 minutes he dropped everything and met us at the first house. He is professional and knowledgeable and very responsive! We would definitely use him again and recommend him to all of our friends!

So grateful for Calvin’s help in finding us the perfect home! Very professional, on time, and prepared throughout the entire process. This was our first home purchase so having someone to walk us through it was essential. We would’ve missed out on the home we ended up purchasing if it weren’t for Calvin. He was honest during viewings - helping us see the negatives in a home that we may have otherwise missed and showing us all of the potential in homes we may have walked away from. That immediate response and top notch information was evident through the whole process. He walked me through the home buying process for my first home from start to finish. He is very well connected and highly regarded in The Woodlands/Woodforest subdivision area. He knew exactly what the best deals were, what the market looked like, and where to look. From his great marketing approach to the staging guidance and above and beyond assistance, he could not have been a better choice for selling our home in Woodforest. Calvin came to our home, evaluated it, and placed it on the market at a price that, judging from his experience, would sell. A couple of days later, after placing it on the market, he held an Open House. The home sold a few days after that above the listed price. But it doesnt end there. Calvin also helped us purchase a home in The Woodlands. He showed up at the inspection and was with us every step of the way in purchasing the home. His professionalism, experience, and knowledge helped us sell our home and buy another one in a timely manner. If we purchase or sell any future property, it will be done through him.
