We have just completed a purchase of our lake house thru the help of Pedro and Maria Cabezas (Cabezas Team, Realtors). It was a challenging experience with its ups and downs but at the end we have ended up with the right house for us ! Pedro has guided us and has provided very important insights and advise thru the whole process. He has been very timely and equally aggressive as us in pursuing the right house for what we need. Pedro & Maria were great to work with. In this hectic market they were patient, kind hearted, and hard working. I teetered back and forth between buying and renting for several months they were eager to help either way. Between the demand, multiple offers and applicants, credit fluctuations, and me being adamant about the school zone I wanted to stay in they approached each viewing and application with the same warm manner. They provided additional information and didn’t hesitate to tell me when I needed to move quick. I ended up securing a 12 month lease and look forward to working with Pedro & Maria in the future when buying a home!

Pedro and Maria kind of found us. Miraculously, Zillow connected us and they were the best thing that could have happened to my husband and I. We were first-time buyers and were clueless about 90% of the whole process. Pedro and Maria were always available to help us, were 100% accommodating with appointment times, and their knowledge and experience lead us to our new home. Further, in the buying process they were very diligent advocates for us that we ended up having a great buying experience. I will miss and will recommend them to anyone I know. Five stars are too few for this team!!!

Pedro and Maria, Team Cabezas did a fabulous job! I moved from out of state and had some specific requirements I was looking for. They spent lots of time looking at homes with me and when I decided to build a new home instead of getting an existing one they were there with me every step of the way working on my behalf with the builder. I highly recommend them, they really care about their clients and finding your perfect new home!
