Byron did an amazing job for us in purchasing our new home in Granbury. He was proactive in getting answers & solutions for all our questions & concerns. He was assertive but diplomatic in negotiating for concessions & repairs. There was a lot that he did behind the scenes to make all parts of the transaction run smoothly. He was very knowledgeable in all phases of the transaction from financing to survey & inspection to repairs & final closing procedures. He has a network of people with knowledge in various areas to draw information from. Byron is very amicable and easy to work with. We felt he truly had our best interests in mind at all times.
