My wife and I worked with Alex to lease an apartment and then a few months later with Alex and Michelle to purchase a home. From my first conversation with Alex, I was confident that we would find exactly what we were looking for. She was competent, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. For the apartment lease, she had to deal with some communication issues with the property management company, but nonetheless was able to get us the lease terms that we wanted. When it came to looking for a home, no matter what time of day, we knew that we could call her with any question or concern that we had. We also appreciate Michelle’s flexibility to show us homes after normal business hours and on weekends, sometimes on short notice. We could not have asked for anything more from either one of them and are extremely appreciative of the hard work they put in to get us our dream home.
