Bryan Swan sold our downtown Butler Trail side condo. It is large and in good shape, but older and dated. He and his team displayed it attractively without any additional staging fees. He maintained communication with us throughout the listing period. He was always immediately available with responsive information, sympathetic hand holding and usually a relevant or insightful anecdote. From receipt of our ultimately successful offer through closing Brian and his team walked us through every detail with helpful information and sage advice. Now that our sale is funded, I will miss our frequent contact. He is a very nice guy and always made us feel welcome. I have to also mention his team member Madison who was in frequent contact throughout, answering questions, pursuing details and providing frequent and regular showing and market updates. I recommend Brian Swan most strongly and without reservation.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Swan to sell my small piece of land in Briarcliff, Texas. Despite the property not being a high-value listing, Bryan gave it the attention and energy of a million dollar listing. He was always available to answer my questions, making me feel like a truly valued client. To my delight and surprise, the property sold, and we closed the deal within just one month! I am incredibly grateful for Bryan’s dedication, professionalism, and exceptional service, and give him my highest recommendation!(As an aside, Bryan and I have never met in person. I interviewed several realtors, Bryan was a shining star. He is Dave Ramsey approved, whom I have a great respect for as have followed Dave Ramsey’s approach to finances. Bryan was always on time, gave me helpful hints on to increase the market ability of my house/property, did what he said he would do and did get results of selling my house with in a matter of only a few days. I received several offers of which Bryan guided me to choose the best one. I also will give a shout out to Bryan‘s team as they were easy to communicate with, follow up quickly on any correspondence and we’re always very polite.

We have worked with Bryan for several years. He helped us sell a lot we had in Marble Falls back in 2015. Since then, he has been a great resource. Over the past few years, we have contemplated down-sizing from our 8 acre / 2 home property in Spicewood. I dont know how many houses we found on Zillow that Bryan helped us view. In the end we could not find something that we like as much as where we lived in Spicewood. So last year, 2023, he helped us with our decision to split our existing 8 acres; selling 5 acres and the main house while keeping 3 acres and our smaller home. It was a hard decision in a difficult market time, with a lot of issues to work through. His counsel and advice at times brought about difficult decisions we had to make; but we couldnt have done it without him. We found a buyer very quickly. Bryan worked extremely hard with the buyers agent to make the sale happen, while keeping our best interests in mind. We hope we have settled into our final home; but if not, we know Bryan will be there to help us with any future moves. I can’t say enough about what Bryan and his team did to get our home sold. I’ll start by saying that we should’ve started with him, but we initially went with another real estate company and a realtor that stuck our listing on a site and did a little else. In 30 days, Bryan and his team listened to our concerns, did their research, got more eyes on our home, and interacted with us more than the other company did in six months. Bryan helped me buy a new home and quickly sell my old one. For the new home, he was excellent at relaying information and communications to me from the sellers and their agent. He helped me find a good home inspector and other contractors to evaluate the new house during my option period. For the old house, he was very diligent in getting the photos and flyers done (which were beautiful), scheduling and preparing for the open houses, and communicating what I needed to do during the contract period. He walked me through buying and selling every step of the way with patience, knowledge, intelligence and a sense of humor.
