We just closed on our second house purchase with Brittinee today. Both home purchases were difficult and atypical. The first was an older mobile home. Anyone familiar with moblie purchases knows how difficult Lending can be. Brittinee found lending and within 48 hours we were qualified and had the home under contract. The 2nd purchase one we closed today didnt qualify for lending due to major repairs. Brittinee knew the loopholes and not only got the lender on board but she also had contractors on speed dial. My husband and I have purchased over 20 homes over the last 20 years for fix n flips, rentals, airb&bs, and family homes. So, when I say Brittinee is the BEST realtor weve EVER had its backed by considerable experience. Brittinee is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I couldnt recommend her high enough. You wont be disappointed if you choose Brittinee to represent you.

If youre looking to buying a house, Brittinee Handy Realtor is the way to go. My experience working with her was great. She was well knowledged in her profession. Mostly though, she had the patience and the compassion to help walk me through this scary experience. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home.

Brittineé is amazing! I found her information online and took a chance with her and boy was I glad I did! She was always available when I needed to speak with her and went above and beyond as an advocate for me when the lender tried to extend my closing date due to paperwork issues in the lender’s end. She went up the chain and I closed on time! I would most definitely use her again!
