Brittany was absolutely amazing. She made every single step of the process as fluid and as stress free as possible. Her expertise in real estate got me the home of my dreams but that was just the start. Her team took care of everything I needed. From the VA loan and all their requirements, to the competitive insurance rates for my new home. She also had an amazing home inspector that was friendly, punctual, and thorough. Once again, I cannot reiterate how amazing she was.

Brittany is an absolute gem of a person and an incredible realtor. As first time homebuyers, we found her to be extremely helpful. She checked in to see how we were feeling throughout the home buying process. She also did a great job of making us feel heard and answering our many questions. We appreciated how she used her connections to find us a great deal and how she made an effort to do her own walk throughs of our house when she had to miss meetings with the builder. She was overall very attentive and provided my husband and I with a fantastic first home buying experience. We cannot recommend her enough.

Being a first time home buyer I knew very little about purchasing a home. She helped me understand the process of using my V.A. loan, responding to every question and concern I had in a very timely manner. Im late on my review, but let me just say by far the best realtor there is. I was recommended to her by a friend who also bought his first home. He highly recommended her (shout out to joel!) and let me just say Im so happy i listened because what he said is exactly how she is. She is a real one and will tell you how it is. She has your back and your best interest! She helped me get my first home and is available and responds at any time (LITERALLY. 2am). No matter how many times you ask the same question she will answer it! So grateful for her for helping me. Super professional and seriously a great person to work with. My experience with her was great and she made what could be a stressful process, so smooth and easy. She checks up on you and makes sure your on top of it. Definitely a real one. Working with Brittany made the home selling and buying experience as stress free as possible because she really does walk you through the entire process and answer any and all questions; what I appreciate more than anything is her packets of information around the basic expectations of what to expect and what to have ready to go. Brittany was referred to me as I am a veteran and I was looking for someone who was familiar with VA loans and has a veteran herself we instantly connected. You can tell Brittany knows the market and has put intentional thought into how she can help her clients get the most out of homes when helping them stage their homes for the selling process. When it came time for me to buy it was going to be my first time buying on my own and she really did assist in walking me through every entire process and making sure I was informed and got the best experience for myself and my children. Brittany worked diligently to get offers accepted on both ends of the process and when we were on a time crunch she made it happen. I cannot recommend Brittany enough, I have had other friends work with Brittany since we her and I worked together and they also had a wonderful experience. There’s no one else I’d trust moving forward with my home buying experience. From the initial contact, to the first meeting to discuss the potential to sell my property, to the end of the transaction, Brittany was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and there to help make everything as easy as possible. I did meet with other agents before talking with Brittany. However, none of them came close to the honesty and realistic expectations as what Brittany explained to me. There was some prep work my property needed before listing for sale. Brittany had multiple contacts that were eager to help with home improvements within the timeframe we needed. When it came time to list the house, Brittany helped with the staging, had an amazing photographer, and listed the property where many people would notice. If I had not moved away from the DFW area, I would have used Brittany to help find my next property. Even after the sale, she stayed in contact to see how my transition was to the new house. I cannot recommend Brittany enough as a landlord. During my years of graduate school, I was a tenant of one of Brittany’s Milwaukee properties. I was blown away by her professionalism and meticulousness that she maintained both with the property itself as well as rapport and communication with her tenants. She made the renting experience less stressful as her property came fully furnished and included all living essentials such as cookware and linens. In the event of issues requiring her assistance (e.g. laundry machine in need of repair), Brittany was efficient and timely. She maintained high standards of the tenants of her property and ensured each of us felt at home.
