Brigitte Nolen is the realtor you want on your side if you are shopping in the HSB, Marble Falls, Spicewood and Granite Shoals area.She is a long time resident of the area and knows the area extremely well.We thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was patient, understanding of our needs, walked us through the pros and cons of each location. Now that the sale of our property in the USA in Horseshoe Bay-Texas has now been completed, I would like to thank you, Ms. Nolen, for the excellent online support and cooperation. My thanks also go to the notary, the buyers and everyone involved.Since the sale had to take place from Germany, we looked for a broker from the Horseshoe Bay area. After researching past emails from my late father (hence the sale), we became aware of an agency and luckily for us, we found Ms. Nolen (Horseshoe Bay ONE REALTY). And since Ms. Nolen also speaks German, the perfect conditions were in place.The entire process of the sale, from sending the documents to the notary contract, was carried out online in advance with Ms. Nolen and the resident notary, which speaks for absolute professionalism, as well as the helpful support and the fact that a buyer was quickly found.
