Brian Chiu is an excellent realtor. He is honest (very important) and keenly aware of the market. My home selling experience was difficult due to the market, high interest rates, etc., but Brian was the steady hand through it all. During the pre-sale house preparation, in order to make the home presentable, he heroically assisted with contractor work and staging (through his relationships). We had an older home, so this was really helpful. And finally, what I respected the most, was he answers the phone. As mentioned, this was a difficult sell and we didnt always agree. But Brian was honest and forthright throughout. Highly recommend.

He listened to my request and took me to a variety of houses to understand what I was really looking to buy. Giving that I was a first time buyer and relatively new to the area, his knowledge was invaluable. To say Brian was attentive is not saying enough. Brian was patient, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He explained, negotiated, made recommendations etc. Best realtor I could have asked for given the circumstances. Brian was great as our realtor with buying our first home. Hes professional and personable, which put us at ease. He was realistic with negotiations and was successful on our behalf. We put in offers on a couple of homes, and in the end, the house we ended up buying was the best one and we are so happy to be home owners. He was very helpful every step of the way and answered our many questions thoroughly. He knows what to look out for when looking at a home (potential problems, fixable issues, pros/cons, etc.), and we learned a lot from him when looking at homes during our search. We cast our net wide when we started and with his help, we whittled down the neighborhoods and kinds of homes we ultimately wanted. We were able to find an amazing home within our budget and are enjoying homeownership very much!
