As far as we are concerned, Bretta is a miracle-worker. For almost 2 years we tried to purchase land that was for sell but our previous realtor could not effectively communicate with the land owner about closing the deal. We gave up and started looking for existing homes and met Bretta. We told her about the land for sell and she had a contract within 6 weeks. Now we have a beautiful home on the rim of Palo Duro Canyon. We would not have had we not found Bretta. She is easy too work, a great problem-solver, diligent, honest, and always professional.
