Brett Atteberry helped my family buy some land outside of Greenville, TX in 2021. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process (searching, due diligence, negotiating, closing). He was prompt to respond to all of our questions and always made us feel like we were his only clients. I have employed Brett for the purchase and sale of my last two properties. He is an experienced realtor and a house flipper which is extremely helpful, especially in today’s market. I ask him the same question at every property I view with him; how much is it going to cost to renovate ______. He always has a real answer, and he doesn’t try to make it lower to convince you to buy a house that could be a money pit later.

Brett Atteberry was very professional in helping us find a home in Hunt County. He was patient with the number of viewings it took us to find a home to put bids on. He guided us in the wisdom of what to bid for certain properties. It enabled us to choose the home that was right for us and at a right price, given the craziness of the market. He also sold our home in the Dallas metroplex. That sale hit a lot of snags due to water damage to the home after a sale contract had been signed. He arranged water remediation experts to come, given we were out of town when the damage occurred. He arranged contractors for the renovations. His help and guidance thru this process was invaluable. All the while keeping us and the new buyer happy in the inevitiable delays due to supply chain shortages. We would gladly recommend Brett Atteberry for all your home buying and selling needs.
