I would highly recommend Brenda if you are in market to sell or purchase your home. Brenda went above and beyond my expectations to get my home sold. Shes professional, friendly and communicates well. She kept me informed of items that needed to be done to ensure a faster sale. My front gate needed to be fixed and she was out there with nails and drill getting it repaired. She suggested other items such as power washing the exterior of my home, sent me photos of the areas which needed it, hired the power wash tech and oversaw the job until completion.Brenda is a very attentive to her clients, their needs and helps out.She would be an asset to any team for her conscientious efforts as a realtor and as a friend who is just plain nice!Thank you Brenda for getting my home sold!

Brenda made our home sales experience gentle and pretty quick. She went above and beyond in assisting us to get our home attractive to sell, and then very quickly marketed it to attract a great deal of interest on the 1st day of the listing. By the end of that week we had a very good contract. She was a marvel to work with and we absolutely consider her to be a good friend.

Brenda is amazing! She helped us purchased a home without seeing it in person. From sending us full videos of neighborhoods and homes to doing measurement’s to make sure our furniture would fit. She has gone above and beyond to help my family out. We highly recommend her!!!

Brenda sold a home for me in Corpus. I don’t live there and so I expected to make a lot of 2 hour trips back for repairs, etc. But, Brenda hired the handyman, electrician, house cleaners, gentleman to haul off unwanted things left behind. She kept me updated every few days. We signed the contracts and final sale papers with a mobile notary. I never made a return trip to Corpus.Brenda is professional and very knowledge about recent sales in the area and will get you the best sale price for your home!I gained a new best friend!
