We can certainly say that Brenda went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor to accommodate our needs as out of state buyers that are not quite familiar with the city. She’s kind, lovely, super responsive and flexible. Most of our needs were meant and I’m sure it would have been an even better experience overall If we were in the area and were able to personally follow the closing process. Overall she’s a 9.99/10 would recommend any day, any time. Brenda is awesome!!! #foundourhome

I have dealt with realtors in 3 different states several times, and I can honestly and sincerely state that Brenda has been the most incredible of them all! Here are a few qualities that you won’t find elsewhere (at least not the same caliber)- Very attentive- Knowledgeable (even about loan process and the VA loan)- Advocated for me and helped me find the home I needed and wantedAnyone looking for a realtor should stop and call Brenda. If you ask me, I would do it again hands down.

I am so grateful we had Brenda walking alongside us during this home purchase! We had some hiccups with our inventory-home purchase (with the builder), but Brenda did whatever she could to lighten the burden for us. She is one of those people who gets things done, which really brought peace of mind to us during our relocation to a new city. She made calls to builders and other applicable parties whenever we needed it, without question or delay. I especially appreciated that during our search for our home, she respected our wishes for what we wanted in our home and our budget - which is very important in saving time when relocating! Were so thankful for Brenda, highly recommend!

Where to start!! I couldn’t be happier that I chose Brenda as my realtor. She has been a gift from heaven from the first moment. I began orchestrating my home search process from California and had a very short time in San Antonio to spend. I selected Brenda due to her fabulous reviews by other clients and her excellent credentials as a realtor. Brenda took my wish list and set up multiple viewings of homes during my brief visit to maximize the time. Brenda Mullen is absolutely 💯 ! She helped us find a house to rent that met our immediate needs until our new home could be built and stayed in touch with us through the design and construction process, providing great recommendations and advocacy on our behalf. We always felt heard and represented well. Brenda drove us all around San Antonio, New Braunfels and San Marcos to find a home that met our needs and price point. I will always go back to Brenda for home buying representation. She had a positive attitude and was always straight forward with us. I was pregnant during construction and delivered our first child a couple months before closing. We were also selling our home in a different state due to relocation to SA for work. Brenda was reassuring and her years of experience helped ease and calm our expectations and provided reassurance that everything would work out, and it did! When we met Brenda, dealing with a Realtor was the last thing I wanted to do honestly. We had been trying unsuccessfully for over 5 years to try to sell this house. Our interactions with Realtors during this time was simply a nightmare. One realtor lost our earnest money because they didnt provide the buyers the HOA docs in time. Others simply didnt respond to us or market well enough it seems. To me, Realtors took my work and threw it on the MLS and hoped for the best.Brenda was 100% different. She worked to sell our home, truly worked at it. Brenda suggested a price well above what others had suggested in the past which was surprising. She worked with us on exactly what we needed to do to sell the house for that amount. Living out of town, it was very difficult to be at the house for any fixes, but every time she was there. She answered immediately almost every single time we called and if not, we heard back from here within a few minutes.When it was all said and done, Brenda got us a full price offer within hours of putting it on the market and we closed in less than 30 days. The closing process couldnt have been easier!Brenda is absolutely THE example of how hiring the right Realtor will make all the difference in the home buying / selling process.
