    I have had the privilege of having Ashley Hernandez as my realtor on several different occasions. The most recent with the sell of my Momā€™s home (Estate) with my Sister and Brother and I must say Ashley has been amazing! She listed the home as Bray Real Estate Group agent and kept all three of us very informed. The house was under contract within a few days and she has worked hard on making sure everything has been addressed properly and efficiently as we get closer to the closing date. From our initial discovery call, they helped us identify neighborhoods to look at based on our budget and goals, as well as a timeline to ensure we didnt have to pay both rent (at old apartment) and our mortgage at the same time. Thankfully, a good friend of mine referred Chase, and he will without a doubt be our realtor as long as we are in Texas!
