So happy we were able to work with the Bray Real Estate Team. We happened upon Molly when we looked up “Buda Real Estate Agent” on instagram and found bray real estate and I gave Molly a call. BEST decision we could have made! I moved to Austin 6 weeks ago and connected with Molly Andrews about finding a house to rent in the city. I had spent hours researching available homes prior to contacting Molly and even worked with a previous realtor as well. My first realtor dropped the ball on helping me find a home. She was slow in responding to requests and ultimately cost me a good rental house. I am proud to point out that my experience with Molly was completely the opposite however. If you know anything about the current Austin real estate market, you know that it is extremely competitive at the moment. Houses are listed on the market for 48 hours or less in some cases. Given such a competitive market, I was unable to secure a house for nearly a month. Throughout that process though, Molly was in contact with me every day, took me to view over 30 houses, and was as patient, efficient, timely, and helpful as she could possible be. The application process was very tricky- I applied to 5 different houses before finally being approved for one. Molly was helpful every step of the way and she was instrumental in helping me secure a fantastic home here in Austin that I am thrilled to be living in currently. To anybody who is looking for a realtor to help find a home, I sincerely recommend contacting Molly because she will guide you every step of the way.
