She made the process so easy for us, even in a complicated situation, and went above and beyond to make it all run as smoothly as possible. We are across the country and she made what could have been the most stressful experience easy with her wealth of knowledge and resources. If you are looking for a realtor, choose Brandy! Brandy Smart, realtor with KellerWilliams group in the Zavalla office, was our agent for a house we recently sold in Zavala TX. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and always made sure we knew what was happening with the sale. She put a lot of time & effort into marketing & selling our house and we were very happy she was our Realtor! It was not a large sale but you would not know that by the personal service we received from Ms Smart!

Brandy was great to work with. She spent a lot of time showing us many different properties in Brookeland until we found the right one for us! She was always on her game when issues came up or we had questions. If we called she almost always answered the phone and if she couldn’t she would call us right back.
