Brandy Marshall was/is the Best Realtor Ever and I must say shes Absolutely Amazing!!! She made the housing process easy and seamless!! She was always available when needed and very knowledgeable and was able to call out areas that we wouldnt have seen. We would receive houses to view daily and once we found the house we loved, she worked with the Agent, advised the best option to get our offer accepted and we closed in 3 weeks with the option to close sooner. Not only was she Wonderful during the process, even after the Closing of our house shes still been helpful with Home Warranty, Homestead Exemption and much more!! Brandy words can’t describe how much of a heaven sent angel you are and have been and still are to me brandy is soooo amazing she goes over and beyond her job and always available brandy helped me obtain a house that I thought was out of my league I have a four bedroom that can be six rooms if I really wanted it to be I received more house than I expected for me and my kids and the neighborhood is peaceful all business owners or professionals and the kicker was how brandy waited with me and til this day is still available to me she also helped me with my va benefits that put me in all that house for the price people pay for rent now days and it’s all mines now thanks to brandy and her connections and will power and beauty she was amazing and I really mean every bit of it thanks brandy-H4C

We were so fortunate to have found Brandy Marshall, Everyone should know about Ms. Brandy. The service she provided to my family and I was beyond amazing. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient and traveled to look at homes for us. She was very knowledgeable and gave us several options on purchasing a home. My realtor Brandy Marshall went above and beyond throughout our entire home buying process. We are first time buyers so we were learning as we went along and Brandy took her time and explained everything in detail to us. She never let anyone fast talk is into something we weren’t certain about. If there was any discrepancy or miscommunication during the process Brandy took care of it. I never had to make any of those nerve wracking phone calls or emails. During our underwriting stage she made sure to reach out regularly and reassure us it took time and not to worry. When we got the clear to close she did our walk through and made sure nothing went overlooked and during our closing she captured the pictures of us signing so we’ll have those memories to look back on. All-in-all Ms Brandy is an excellent and very knowledgeable realtor and an even better person. I HIGHLY recommend!
