Mr. Taylor was the real estate agent for the seller, however, he took care of issues for the buyers to make sure everyone was comfortable. His responsiveness and help were appreciated, demonstrating care for both buyer and seller, in a professional and ethical manner. When a point of disagreement arose, he was eager and willing to find a solution and continue the channels of communication, facilitating a solution that was beneficial for both buyer and seller. We do recommend him as an outstanding agent. The most salient point, he had the class and finesse of sending the buyer (not his clients) a welcome home gift. If you want a classy, ethical, and efficient agent, Mr. Taylor is your person!
