Brandi went Way above and Beyond with my wife and I when it came to helping us locate a house in Abilene!!! We met her during an open house and she was super friendly and knowledgeable which set us on the right path. We toured many houses and we were slightly discouraged due to the market pricing but Brandi kept us motivated to see other properties to find the one that fit us best. We finally found a house that fit our needs but had some complications in the closing process due to our request to conduct a loan assumption for the property. Brandi supported us and helped navigate the loan assumption process with us and actively assisted in removing roadblocks till the very end. She was amazing in always answering us back when we asked questions in a timely manner and was very helpful in helping expedite the closing process with other agencies. Highly recommend her if you wish to find a house here in Abilene or surrounding areas. -
