Brandi did an amazing job selling my home in a very challenging market! She was super professional, knowledgeable, punctual and had great suggestions for how to move the house as quick as possible! I had already moved out of state, so she took care of everything and even went above and beyond by doing things like making sure the water softener had salt in it and fixing some broken lightbulbs/fixtures! If you need to buy or sell a house in Texas, Brandi is your girl...call her now!!!

Brandi worked diligently to help us find exactly what we were looking for, within the price range that we needed. She was very flexible to meet us evenings and weekends, working around our jobs. Brandi is among the best! She is super communicative and responsive, gives great advice, and got our house under contract for a great price in a little under 2 weeks. I have attached the first picture of the listing to this review just to show how beautiful she made our home look (she staged our furniture so well that I actually wanted to just move back in, haha)! Everything that you could ever want in a real estate agent. Highly recommend her if you want your house sold the right way!

Brandi helped us buy an investment home. She was awesome in every aspect of real estate as well as in customer orientation. When we started the search, she provided knowledgeable feedback and tools to help narrow down areas that would meet our investment goals. She was also very responsive and provided lots of data like comps or time on market to sell or lease on every potential house we looked at. She also pointed out criteria we as a buyer should be aware of that we were oblivious to and this information was very useful to us a buyer. Most importantly she was very patient with us and worked through to ensure all of our needs were met with every potential sale. She went out of her way to help us in inspections during walkthroughs and verifying the paperwork during closing time. We still work with her to lease out the investment house and her efforts to get the house leased via marketing and responsiveness to potential renters has continued to be above and beyond what we expected from a agent listing our house.

I cant recommend Brandi enough - shes tenacious, patient, wise, and hilarious to boot! We had a crazy time with this crazy market, but she kept me positive through the tough times and she NEVER GAVE UP until we found a great home!
