Brandi is literally AMAZING! She is so incredibly patient and genuinely cares for all of her clients and wants to make sure she helps find them the perfect home! I first met Brandi when she helped me find my first home and she absolutely KILLED it! I highly recommended Brandi! My husband and I have been casually looking for our dream home for two years and we finally found one we loved on Zillow. I emailed the recommended agent, Brandi, and she was so helpful. She was honest and told us any potential downsides as well as offered a few alternatives with the features we were looking for. We toured a few and found the one we wanted to make an offer on. She was patient while we asked all the first time home buyers questions. She helped us put together an offer we felt was fair and still competitive. Once the offer was accepted she gave us a few recommendations for lenders as well as insurance companies, which I really appreciated because I was completely overwhelmed. We hit a few snags during the closing and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called to ask to retour for measurements and she was so quick to accommodate me. I really appreciate how straightforward she was about any and all potential issues. If you’re looking for a home in Southeast Texas definitely go with Brandi Leatherwood! -
