Bonnie is the shining example of what realtors should be! We found Bonnie when we were shopping as buyers. We loved her attitude and professionalism and also got the sense that she goes above and beyond for her clients. Well, we were right! We like the social media promotion she does and how she continues to work on your behalf even in this crazy market! She was always reverse prospecting and soliciting feedback after a showing or OH. She had sound advice for us when we asked questions so we trusted her and followed her lead. She knew exactly what our home would appraise for and set the price accordingly. In spite of todays market, she didnt ask us to adjust the price beyond what we were comfortable with. We were able to sell our home at a good price, even if it took a little while. She continually texted with notes of encouragement and was always available. Were thrilled to sell our house but honestly, well miss Bonnie! Weve found our dream home so we likely wont be leaving any time soon but if and when we do, well only call her!

Bonnie was my realtor in Lakeway. She was new and replaced a guy who moved to another job. She is without question the best realtor I have ever been associated with. I built the house for $584K and one year later sold it for $1.1MM. The buyers were very inexperienced and Bonnie had to talk me off the ledge several times, but the deal got done. She is now a friend and you could not trust anyone more to sell your home or help you look for one.
