Rob was really great to work with. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly. When he knows what type of property and location to look for he sends notifications as soon as he gets them. We started small and increased the area, and as we did so Rob found multiple listings for us. He always made time for us if we wanted to look at a listing; he never said no. He guided us through our journey to buying a home, and never hesitated to answer any questions. When we finally selected the home we wanted, Rob stayed in contact with us, the seller and the lender to ensure a smooth transaction. Even though our home buying journey has ended, Rob still makes himself available for any additional questions I have as I think of them. I feel truly blessed to have had Rob as my agent and highly recommend him!

Rob and his team were able to prepare for an electronic (mobile) closing. All activities related to the purchase such as inspections and any associated follow-up repairs were timely.
