Could not be happier with Bob and his entire team. They held our hand through the entire process of selling our home and kept us informed every step of the way. This was especially important since we live three hours away. We have bought and sold several homes with Bob and Connie and there is no one else in the East Texas area I would even consider using. Bob and his entire team are true professionals!!

We needed our house to sell by the end of the year. It was listed the very end of September and sold in 3 weeks! We closed before Thanksgiving! We had an incredible experience working with Bob and his team. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest. We would work with them again 100% ☺️

They got our house on the market, with professional photos, description, and consultation very quickly. The team was always one step ahead with every phase of the sell, from marketing, to showing, negotiations, and closing. Any time a decision had to be made, the advice I got from their team was well rounded and proved to be the right choice. Any challenge that presented itself during the experience was met with a list of solutions from their team.

Cortney Cowden was amazing to work with! She really took the time to work with us on the sale of our first home. Her level of service she provided from assisting us in prepping the house to be listed with photographs, to talking us through every step of the was excellent. She really took the time to explain all the process for us so that we understood everything. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in selling or buying a new home!
