Jeffrey, Aricia, and Michael are a powerhouse agency and even better people. We were shopping for our home back in 2022 while we still lived out of state and the amount and quality of communication we had in advance of coming down in person to meet with them and start seeing houses was phenomenal. We let them know in advance when we would be coming into town to start looking at properties in person and Jeffrey carved out multiple days entirely dedicated to my family and drove us through several areas in which we were interested in considering buying a house. He had our days & route mapped out to optimize our time together, knew more than you could expect about each town and subdivision we looked at, and sent us tons of great info to consider after we had explored all of the homes and areas on our list.After considering all our options, when it came down to deciding which house we wanted to move forward with, Jeffrey patiently talked us through the pros and cons of each and led us toward the “better home” for us, not just the most expensive one we were considering. Even after we closed on our home and have since moved in, The Blasko Team continued to stay in touch with us to make sure we got our homestead filed so we can benefit from lower taxes, etc. They didn’t have to do that but it’s just an example of how they “go the extra 200 miles” for their clients.After we purchased our home in ‘22, we had to defer moving down for another year and Aricia got our house prepped and listed for rent while we were back home out of state, and she found us a wonderful family to rent our place for the exact amount of time we needed. In addition, she has personally gone above and beyond to make sure we had great contractors for various needs – carpentry, painting, electrical, etc. – to put our personal touches on our home before we moved in.Michael is the data guru who put together all the numbers we needed to make our decision from a financial standpoint. He, too, is just great at what he does and made things very easy for us when it came to understanding the numbers of each house & area and how they each fit into our expressed budget.I can’t think of a single thing about our experience with The Blasko Team that could have gone any better. They are WELL prepared, knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, honest, and just expert at what they do. It’s no surprise why they were strongly recommended by several others we know in the area who have worked with The Blaskos and why we wholeheartedly recommend them and appreciate all that they have done and continue to do for us.

Jeffrey and Aricia Blasko are the best! We just met them about 2 months ago and they immediately took us under their wing and got us started in our new investment property adventure. My husband and I were referred to Jeffrey and Aricia by his parents - they had had a great experience with them in selling a house a couple years ago, and when they heard we were looking to buy our first house, they told us that we had to call Jeffrey.From beginning to end, we are so happy with our experience with Jeffrey and Aricia. These two took the time, not only to show us homes around our region, but to teach us about the financial aspects and challenges of buying a home. They spent time with us to discuss the pros and cons of various decisions that we would otherwise have just been guessing at.Most importantly, they were there with us every step of the way once we had chosen our home. From putting down the earnest money to closing on the house, and even past that to remind us about things like applying for our a homestead exemption, they have been there. Any time we had a question, we could simply send a text or call them, and we knew we would get an answer back quickly.Jeffrey and Aricia are a lovely couple who helped us with this huge purchase. Jeff and Aricia have helped us into both of our homes now the first and now the new one here in Highland Village. Jeff is hands down the best realtor weve ever worked with but Aricia is the real move maker behind the scenes.At first we were upset that the market was so hot and we couldnt get the homes we wanted. We got upset several times that houses passed us by because other people just had outrageous offers but its work you have to put in. If you dont do the work you arent getting the house, its about what level of ferocity you are prepared to put forward when home hunting. Jeff and Aricia will make sure that you are represented to the fullest and most purchase ready state you can be in when submitting offers.This duo / team I am recommending to my own parents that are moving soon up to be near me and my wife. Jeffrey and Aricia Blasko are simply wonderful - we have been wanting to attain an investment and rental property for years but have been hesitant to enter the market not knowing where to begin and concerned about doing it on our own and getting it wrong. Once we met the Blaskos we knew we were in good hands. I can see why, they sold our home for a lot more than we thought we could get and in only 4 days.
