Blake was very kind, and patient in helping me look for a new home in Temple. Blake knew that I was an out of town buyer so I didn’t have a lot of time to look. But he was always available to show me the listings that I was interested in. He was very quick to respond to calls and questions. He always made me feel that I was asking good questions. His knowledge of the market and neighborhoods helped a great deal with my search. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him whether you are buying or selling a home. If I needed a realtor in the future, I would without a doubt call Blake again.

Blake was great!! He exceeded my expectations. I felt very confident in his ability and expertise. Our house was difficult to sell due to circumstances on the buyers side that were beyond his control. He did everything expected of a realtor and more to make sure we sold our house. He even hired a photographer to come take pictures of our house and they looked amazing!! He was personable, involved, prompt, and professional. I highly recommend him as a realtor.

Blake was such a pleasure to work with, and he made the process of buying our first home enjoyable and easy. Although he usually works with several clients at once, he was still able to offer us individualized attention and support while we looked for a home. Blake is an amazing, blessed real estate agent. Here is a story for you!.....Our home had been on the market for 6 months through Vista realty with another agent. It had not come close to any a real offer much less being sold. An angel agency based out of San Antonio called me out of the blue one day. They said, we know your unfortunate situation with your home. We’d like to help if we can. They said, through our collected data, proven systems, we would like to provide you the best real estate agent in your area within a 50 mile radius to sell your home at no cost to you. If you take our suggestion and let us have this agent contact you, and he sells your home, then he pays us a finders fee, not you! So I say to myself, what do I have to lose! Let’s move forward. When I was provided with the realty company name that the agent worked for I was shocked. And, so was the angel company. It was Vista realty, the same company that had our listing our home for the last 6 months. This was a hard choice, but we trusted these people with angel inc because their only get paid if their suggestion sells the home.....Blake listed our home mid March, a few showings later, and the second offer, we closed May 1, 2019.
