Let me just start with TINA IS AWESOME. As first time home buyers we were completely lost on how to get this process going. Tina made everything so simple and took her time explaining all the details to us. She was extremely patient with us and never showed us anything that wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. We truly appreciated her honest opinions and practices! She never pressured us into anything we weren’t comfortable with. When we finally found the perfect home for us she made sure to get us the best deal possible! No ask was too big for her. Buying a home is not as hard as it looks. Tina is absolutely amazing! We cannot say enough good things about her or her team! My husband is active duty military, and after Tina helped us purchase our first home, we got orders to an overseas base. While overseas, we hired a property manager to rent out our home and it was a nightmare. However, Tina was always there to help us out and make sure our home was taken care of. She didn’t have to do that, she wasn’t our property manager, but because she is such an amazing person and realtor, she ensured that her clients (both my husband and I) were taken care of. Anytime we had questions about our home, or needed recommendations for a handyman, she always provided us with whatever we were asking for! She exceeded our expectations as a realtor and we refuse to use anyone else when it comes to buying or selling a home.

She lead us in a direction that allowed us to buy the first home (after many MANY tedious, fruitless showings) we made an offer on. 🤩 closed in 30 days and bam 💥 New home owner here!!!
