Beverly is a great realtor. She isn’t trying to sell you a house, she actually is concerned with you finding a home. She made sure she presented us with multiple options and discussed those options prior to our purchase of our home. She also has connections to a great mortgage company and makes sure the whole process feel like a family affair. Speaking of family, it is no cliche to say Bev will take care of you like family. She has kids and grandkids and understands what it means to have the peace of mind knowing your home will benefit everyone, not just you. She helps you consider the details of how each aspect of a home may or may not impact the different people within your family. I cannot endorse Beverly enough. In fact, I plan on retaining Bev for any of my future real estate needs in North Texas.

Beverly is the sweetest person. She was very patient with us in finding the perfect home since we were in the hunt to find our first home. We must have seen at least 50 homes with this crazy market. My husband and I were finally able to find our first home. Thanks to all the hard work from Beverly! We are extremely bless to find a realtor that was so compassionate and caring.

She is absolutely wonderful! She works so hard to find the perfect place for you. As a single woman, I needed a smaller place in a super safe neighborhood and she took that into consideration before I even talked to her about what I wanted or needed. She also wants to know everything you want and dont want in a property and she works hard to make sure what she shows you checks each box. When it cannot do so, she is honest and open and helps you figure out where you can compromise without it hurting your budget or special requests. Plus, she helps you find rental properties which most realtors dont want to do because it doesnt generate as much profit. She does it because she truly loves doing her job and helping people find tje home of their dreams. I recommend Beverly to all my friends and coworkers!
