I would recommend Betsy! She was patient and professional and very thorough. She was quick to respond and always available. She had an excellent team behind her to fill in on that one rare occasion that she allowed herself a vacation. She was open to my input and redoubled her efforts when I wasnt willing to compromise. I truly appreciated how hard she worked to represent me in this sale. Shes very knowledgeable in real estate overall and specifically the Bryan - College Station market.

Betsy is the best realtor ever! Incredibly attentive and detail oriented from our initial meeting to post closing. She provided guidance as we were out of town buyers and assisted us every step of the way. I highly recommend Betsy as a realtor (and was well worth the commission!).

Exceptional Service! Thank you Betsy for a job well done!We are from out of state and wanted to make a house purchase by TAMU campus. When we initially met with Betsy, she was very personal and asked us questions to ensure that she meets our expectations with the house showings! She was very patience with us, showed us the homes within our budget, provided us with all the information that we needed to assess the neighborhood in order to make sound business decisions.When we were ready to purchase the house, she walked us through the process and followed up with us to ensure that the right paperwork were in place and to address any questions/concerns that we may have. She even provided connections (to rentals) and provided us with articles so that we have all the necessary info to make our decisions.After purchasing the house, Betsy introduced us to other realtors to rent out our home. She has a ton of connection which makes it nice for us since we are out of town and cant do the homework!Betsy is outgoing, very personable and will work for you!
