Anita and the Berry Real Estate Team are family to us. Anita is my friend first....realtor second. She helped my family find what we thought would be our forever home. 9.5 years later, she was there to help us find our forever dream home. Anita has a genuine nurturing spirit and excels at what she does. Anita is professional and transparent. She listened to our budget for both homes while showing us properties that meet our needs. Anita kept our best interest in mind when it came down to numbers and the bottom line. There were no surprises nor hidden agendas. Anita is exceptional to work with. Her staff were very professional and kept me in the loop of any updates, deadline changes, etc. Everyone was so thorough and nice to work with. Anita is hands down the best realtor Ive ever worked with. In June, I was in a desperate need to find a place to live; I no longer wanted to live the apartment life. A good friend referred me to her. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she went to work. Within a few weeks, she found exactly what I was looking for. Im looking forward to working with her again. Recently sold my sisters house through Anita and her team. She came out to the house took a look around and was able to help get me a fair market price for the house. She has a great photographer and even set me up with a cleaning company to make the house look its best for potential buyers. The whole process was so easy start to finish. Highly recommend her.
