Becky was amazing! We met her at an open house, and she helped us every step of the way through our home buying process. She gave great input and even helped get us in contact with a handy-man, file for our homestead exemption, made sure we were knowledgeable about all the documents we were signing and continued to follow-up with us even after closing. Becky is the full service realtor everyone wishes they had. She was beyond knowledgeable in the turbulent market. I strongly recommend her for all of your real estate needs. Exactly the person you need to find and close on your dream home!1. Ability to learn exactly what youre looking for and present options that will check all of the boxes need. I cant stress how important this was to finding the right home, and just how good Becky is in this area. She asks questions to get an idea of whats important to you and how flexible you are on each of your criteria, and then she explains what options are possible if you are flexible on certain criteria (ex. if you are willing to bend a bit on location, you can meet all of your size/layout criteria and stay under your budget by $X).2. Knows the markets and keeps a beat on what is happening within each market on a daily basis that will impact your decision. Communicates those changes to you and explains what the impact will be proactively so that you have ample time to decide if you want to act on any of them. I had been looking to buy a resale home, but Becky came to me and filled me in on a very tight window of opportunity to get a SIGNIFICANT discount on the purchase price as well and finance at an incredible interest rate if I was willing to look buy a newly constructed home in a development. She didnt pressure me to act either. Simply informed me of the opportunity and asked if I was interested in exploring it further.3. ABSOLUTE PRO at viewing potential homes and making closing as easy on the client as possible. Sent itinerary beforehand with list of homes we would be going to see and comments on each about what I would and wouldnt be thrilled about. Once I found the one I wanted, she lined up everything that needed to be completed in order to close on the date we chose, made sure to remind me about items that I specifically had to take care of. She also took a ton of to-dos off my plate completely and teed up a number of other ones, so that all I had to do was make a call/email or sign something (important to note that on these items, she fully explained what she helped with on them and communicated everything I needed to know about each one so that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way).I want to circle back again to her ability to understand whats important to you and filter out properties that she knows you will not like. When she brings you potential options, every single one is an option that you will be seriously interested in. When viewing the potential houses, she was pointed out things that I would never even think of to consider that were all critical in my decision-making process. And she remembered everything that was important to me, so literally as I would be about to open my mouth to ask about something, she would already know what I was thinking and be asking the question for me.Could not have asked for a better realtor to help me find my dream home. 6 months after purchasing, I absolutely love it and couldnt be happier about the decision I made.YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER REALTOR IN THE AUSTIN/SURROUNDING AREA!
