We recently relocated from Wisconsin to Texas and had the pleasure of working with Beau Ballard as our realtor. He was an incredible help in navigating the home buying process from afar. When we came into town, Beau was extremely accommodating and managed to show us seven houses in one day before we flew back to Wisconsin. He handled everything so seamlessly, making our transition smooth and stress-free. Our 20 year old son needed a starter home that we could afford and yet be move in ready. We were on a time crunch with about 8 weeks to find something, close and move in. And with Beau’s help we did it in 6 weeks!He was always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable especially when it came to looking at older homes. He knew what to look for and brought things to our attention that we would’ve never thought of. He really looked out for us when it came to price; he helped us negotiate even more off the sale after the inspection report came back. So all in all, Beau helped us get the perfect property for a great price. We will definitely be using Beau again in the future.
