My mother and I hired Ann Marie Sosa at Realty Austin to sell our house because we wanted someone whos a great negotiator. Ann Marie proved to be well-prepared, knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, very responsive, and charming to work with--even when shes negotiating hard. Although our house sold very quickly (within a month), the 2 first offers fell through, and Ann Marie held our hands through the entire process until our house was sold. My mother isnt easy to please, but she is very happy with Ann Maries work for us.
