It’s only on rare occasions that you meet your kindred spirit in ones lifetime. Barbara is definitely one of those precious angels sent from our Lord. We met as agent client and we ended up as friends. A true blessing to both myself and my husband. If you want a realtor who will fight tooth and nail to make sure you get everything you need done I 10/10 recommend Barbara! We used her a couple years ago but decided to wait on buying and I knew once we were ready I’d be calling her! She was ready to go the day I called her and was nothing but helpful during our whole process! She’s so down to earth and fun to work! My little family loves her🫶🏼

Barbara was instrumental in the recent sale of one of my investment property homes in Denison Texas.I had attempted to sell the house myself using many different online services such like Zillow.After a few months of receiving only a few calls of interest (most of them asking to rent the property), I decided to ask Barbara to assist me with the sale. Within a very short time, she had appointments to show the house and in a relatively short time we had an interested party make an offer at my asking price!Her Real Estate expertise and knowledge is invaluable. At every point along the way she was ready to provide recommendations and guidance on what the best pathway would be to remove any roadblocks so as to sell the house quickly.We did run into some issues with the house after the inspection but Barbara quickly devised a plan to handle all of the issues. She contacted work crews and contractors to quickly assess the issues and make the needed repairs. In my case, we were able to handle the cost of those repairs as part of the closing which worked out great for me! Everything was handled and negotiated by Barbara.I would whole-heartedly recommend Barbaras Real Estate expertise and I look forward to involving her again in any of my future Real Estate needs!Way to go Barbara!
