Matt and Natasha Baker were great! We were in the process of moving overseas with lots of complications. Baker Realty truly helped us from beginning, through the prep and to the closing! In the beginning they walked us through the entire process, focusing on how we can maximize our return. During the initial walk through, Matt discussed what types of repairs, touch-up and cleaning was best. Then Natasha gave recommendations on how best show the home and then even brought some small furniture and home decor to make the rooms stage better! Then they planned the showing flawlessly, so we had minimal interruption, but had 3 solid offers in 1 weekend. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

(Baker, but no relation) Matt and Natasha were not only helpful and professional but they did an amazing job of selling our home in Round Rock very quickly for the optimal price as well as getting us the best deal on our new home in Georgetown. Both the sale and purchase were seamless and Matt coordinated the timing to give us the best experience in a very fluid market. I would whole heartedly recommend them to both buyers and sellers!!!

We are from Michigan and were looking for a home in the Round Rock / Northern Austin area and were introduced to Matt. We can unequivocally say that we were completely pleased and satisfied working with Matt over the past several months. He showed us existing and new properties and was very attentive to our needs throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help us find and buy a new home. Even little things like recommendations for a third party inspection, filing a homestead exemption and other tips and local real estate market trends made us feel like he was giving us advice as a trusted friend. Matt and Natasha went above and beyond when selling our house. It was very apparent they understood the insane market of the Austin metro. Getting the highest and best price for our home was not possible on our own. Matt and Natasha organized professional photos, gave excellent suggestions to get our house ready to sell, they understood the comps of the area and how to use the info wisely to list. Matts negotiations with other realtors was amazing. We highly recommend the Bakers, selling is so stressful and emotional, they made this experience as smooth as possible.

Moving is never an easy process and the listing of our home coincided with unforeseen and unfortunate factors that made the situation even more emotional and stressful. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been able to work with Art Salguero at Baker Realty during this time. We had to move out of our home prior to listing so not only did Art make sure our house remained secure and in good condition, he was also always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves. This was very much appreciated during an extremely challenging housing market! It had been a very long time since we had to sell a home so we had many concerns and questions. Art patiently addressed them all and kept us up-to-date on changing market conditions, providing suggestions and guidance so that we could make the best decision for our needs. There were also many times Art went above and beyond anything we would have expected from a realtor and he always did it graciously! Such a wonderful Person and Broker. Thanks for Everything Matt. Matt helped me purchase property in Austin TX. I never been to the property as I live in California. But we had multiple zoom calls, he personally went to many properties gave me virtual tours for all of them. When I liked property then he went there again and again and made sure everything was in order. He helped me in making my decision with all the tools he has. Everything is good. Specially in the tough time like Covid era when you dont want to visit or meet in person. Matt helps in every step.
