Ayla responded with alacrity to our request on a fast-moving listing. She walked through and took video of the property immediately. We were able to fly in to view it the next day. Ayla professionally and strategically counseled us through the competitive offer process and by the weekend, our offer was selected over many others. A quick 21 day close and it was ours! But her helpfulness didnt end there, through her extensive business relationships she was able to put us in contact with contractors and others to help get us on our way with our total renovation project!
