Elizabeth was a joy to work with and so patient and helpful through the process. Meeting with Elizabeth for the first time we recognized that she combines great attitude with great know-how. We were in the market for our first house purchase and searching in South Austin for something modest in price; not always an easy feat. Elizabeth is well-researched and knowledgeable about builders, construction styles, locations, etc. Every place we checked out, she was quick to point out the pros and cons, the red flags and the silver linings. When found the house to which we made our first offer, Elizabeth was super-responsive in every step. With her hard work, not only was the offer accepted within 24 hours, but we were fully in-contract within 48 hours. Elizabeth was immediate with all documents that needed our attention (and signatures) along the way and was always available to speak about our questions or concerns. She was present for the inspection and helped make the closing process as smooth as possible.
