I cant recommend Lindsey enough as a real estate agent in the Austin area! From our first meeting, she was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. To anyone unsure if its worth it to work with a realtor as a renter: it 100% is! The realtors commission comes from the seller, not the renter. That being said, just because a realtor is free to you as a renter doesnt mean you should just choose any realtor. Lindsey was amazing to work with; I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to rent in the Austin area. Lindsey was very responsive and attentive over messaging & email, and was extremely helpful during viewings and applications. As someone who can get frazzled or sidetracked easily, it was so reassuring to have Lindsey present to remind me of important things like checking for working fixtures, water damage, or other issues with a house that wouldnt have even occurred to me. I was very impressed by both her knowledge and her kindness. Theres no doubt in my mind that I ended up with a better deal because I worked with Lindsey.

She worked hard to find us all the specifics that we needed (good backyard for our dog, 3-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms)She met all our needs and did it very quickly! She was able to go find us houses to look at immediately and worked weekends and after hours.
