Will Garrison worked diligently with me throughout the process to sell my house. The sales terms of my house were complex. Will handled the sale with care and understanding of the complexities. He took the time to answer any and all questions that arose. Especially, in regard to the ever changing real estate market. I feel with Wills expertise and vast knowledge of the real estate market, my house sold on 12/29/2023. I highly recommend Austin Lakeside Properties and Will Garrison.

Will Garrison was a professional in every sense of the word! He made us feel like his only clients, immediately responding to texts and emails, answering all our questions, and making sure we understood each step in the home selling process (we were new to handling some transactions/contracts electronically). Because of his vast knowledge of the market and outstanding staging suggestions, we secured a contract for over our asking price on day one!!!! I first met Will Garrison when I fired another agent that didnt care about getting me the best pricing on properties that I was interested in purchasing. I did my homework and was looking for someone that would not be shy about negotiating the best deal for me, I figured with his military background he would have a stronger personality. In total I have purchased, 4 properties through Will and sold 5. There have been times when I call him in the evenings expecting to leave a message and he drops what he is doing to get my business handled immediately. Donna Garrison and Austin Lakeside Properties represented the seller of a house we just purchased. While she wasnt our realtor, she was just outstanding throughout the transaction. There were a lot of unusual challenges involved, including having out of town buyers and sellers, as well as the October 2018 flooding at Lake Travis that nearly put the house underwater just a few weeks before the closing date. Donna consistently went above and beyond what any normal realtor would have done to protect the property, handle all of the problems as they arose, and ultimately get the deal closed. I wont hesitate to use Donna for our future real estate needs. If youre looking for an experienced, professional realtor to help with properties in the Lake Travis area, you cant go wrong with Donna and Austin Lakeside!

Will is incredible. He sold my home, in East Austin, in just a few days, for my asking price and he even got the buyer to pay cash!!! I’ve sold and bought homes in the past and none of those sales processes were this easy. He typically only sells luxury real estate, but he was willing to take on my home since he was referred to me by a mutual friend, and he treated me as his client with the highest level of attention and care. I will definitely recommend Will’s services to anybody that wants honesty, integrity and hard work, from their broker!!! 5 stars!!

SOLD! Those are the words you will hear when you use Donna Garrison as your Broker/Realtor....My family met Donna Garrison in 2007. We were looking for a Lake house in the Lake Travis area. Donna showed and sold us our wonderful home at 901 Cat Hollow Club Drive. Donna was so clever to make our first experience in viewing this home the gorgeous lawn next to the Lake. Donna then walked us up the back stairway to see the homes spacious and beautiful kitchen... We immediately knew this was the home for us...Donna became a incredible friend as well as our realtor.When I decided to sell our Lake house I hired Donna.Donna toured the house and immediately noticed a situation in the lower level of the house that needed to be taken care of .... She knew who to call and handled the entire matter. I relied her skills, experience and professionalism to guide me through this sale. During the 2018 Lake Travis flood I had a contract on the house and we had a closing date and move in scheduled during the days of this flood.... Needless to say, the buyers could have cancelled our contract .... But I had Donna Garrison to guide me through the many obstacles the arose.... She and her husband, Curtis, spend countless hours checking on the water levels of my home... They called Dock experts to handle the dock problems. Donna helped with movers that cleared the lower level floor furniture just in case the waters rose to that level. They allowed me to use their storage facility to store my furniture... She was at the house non-stop keeping me updated on what she thought I should do...Her skills, knowledge , years of experience and expertise helped me navigate through all the difficult situations..Donna Garrison is a positive, enthusiastic and very savvy Realtor....
