We recently worked with Greg from Austin Fine Properties on a deal where he represented the seller (I was the buyer). He was extremely professional, courteous and transparent. He looked after the sellers interest but worked with us and our agent with good faith and full honesty. It helped us close the deal in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Greg and Austin Fine Properties.

Great Experience with John and his team at Austin Fine Properties. As a seller, our transaction had some twists and turns due to some timing challenges on the buyers side. Due to consistency great advice from John we closed a few weeks ago. Certainly for us, and Im confident for the buyer, both sides were very happy.

Jeff was GREAT. We were super impressed with how many showings he was able to line up and how chill his energy was. No hard sells here, I felt he genuinely wanted to help us find the right place. He also linked us to an amazing mortgage firm. Overall would really recommend.

We interviewed 5 realtors (from single agent to some of the biggest firms) and chose John Teinert / Austin Fine Properties, which was a terrific decision. Some realtors wanted to run and gun -- get us on the market immediately at a low ball price; they clearly make their money with a Walmart-volume based approach, which is great for them but not for the seller. One of the bigger firms in town was surprisingly lacking in knowledge about central Austin; their approach was to put on market as is without investing any thought into how to make minor adjustments for maximum positioning (again a more volume-oriented approach). John was the one who took the time -- and had the KNOWLEDGE, to suggest minor upgrades, for maximum positioning. We sold quickly, and at a significantly higher price than almost any of the other agents could envision. Teinert owns multiple beautiful properties, many of which he has restored. He is dedicated to the parks and beauty of our community. Hes driven by a real love and deep understanding of Austin, and we cannot recommend him more highly!
